Questions

How long does a website take?

It depends on the package and how quickly we receive your content. Most small business sites take a few weeks from start to launch, and we give you a timeline when we quote.

What do I need to give you?

Your business name, a short description of what you do, your logo if you have one and any photos or text you want on the site. If you don't have these yet, we help you work out what's needed.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. Every site is designed to look and work properly on phones, tablets and computers.

Can you host it for me?

Yes. We offer hosting plans so your site stays online, with the option to have us look after changes too.

Tell us what you need.

Message us and we will reply with questions or a quote, usually within one working day.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

LUMI (“we”, “us”) designs websites and digital creative work for South African businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who is responsible

LUMI is the responsible party. Contact us at lumi.official007@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +27 70 656 7799.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: first and last name, email address, contact number, business name (optional), the services you are interested in, your budget range, your message, and how you heard about us. We do not ask for ID numbers, payment details or any special personal information.

How it reaches us

This website has no database. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via email”, your enquiry is placed into a WhatsApp or email message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in that app. Once you do, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own privacy terms, and we receive it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver work you request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers we need to deliver your project (for example hosting or domain providers), and only when you have engaged us, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our work with you, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or banking details in your message.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to our use of it. Email us at lumi.official007@gmail.com. You can also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Cookie Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This page explains how this website uses cookies and similar browser storage.

What we use

This website does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing it may keep in your browser is a small note that you have seen the cookie notice, so we do not show it again. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third parties

If you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, those services may set their own cookies once you are on their sites. We do not control them; please see their cookie policies.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. The website will keep working normally.

Changes

If we ever add advertising or cookie-based tracking tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
